AI Products

Three AI products. One intelligence layer.

Data Extraction, OneAI Report and Ask AI — deployable inside our ERP platforms, or integrated into whatever system you already run.

1. Data Extraction

Unstructured documents in, structured records out — with the source page kept for audit.

2. OneAI Report

Ask for a report in plain English. Get a summary, table, chart, PDF or Excel from live data.

3. Ask AI

One button on any transaction screen that explains the record in front of you.

AI Product 01

Data Extraction

Invoices, purchase documents, engineering drawings, bills of material, customs paperwork and 500-page scanned manuals — read, classified and converted into structured data your system can post.

Most enterprise data entry is a person reading one document and typing it into another screen. Data Extraction removes that step. The AI identifies the document type, locates the fields that matter, extracts them into a structured model, and hands them to your application for review or direct posting.

  • PDF and Excel ingestion including scanned and image-based documents
  • Automatic classification of document type before extraction begins
  • Page-level source reference so every extracted value can be traced back to where it came from
  • Validation rules against your masters — vendor codes, item codes, ports, charge heads
  • Review and correction screen before anything is committed to your database
  • Full audit trail of uploaded files, processing status, extracted results and final output

What you get back

  • Structured JSON that maps directly to your transaction tables
  • Standard Excel outputs — material data sheets, deviation sheets, drawing data sheets
  • Direct posting into the ERP screen, pre-filled and ready for approval
AI Product 02

OneAI Report

A natural-language interface to your own business data. Users and management ask for what they need instead of navigating through a dozen screens and report filters.

The AI interprets the request, retrieves the required information from your application database, processes it, and presents the result in whatever format suits — a short summary, a table, a chart, a PDF or an Excel file. Scheduled daily status reports can be produced in the customer's own reporting format and pushed to the configured communication channels.

  • Output in any format — summary, table, chart, graph, PDF or Excel
  • Runs on live data from your own database, with your own access rules applied
  • Scheduled reports generated automatically in the customer's required structure
  • Distribution through e-mail and configured messaging channels
  • Follow-up prompts — refine, re-cut or re-format the same report conversationally

Prompts that work on day one

“Provide the current status of container ABCD12345 in milestone format.”
“Generate the above report in PDF and Excel format.”
“Show the top 5 customers by monthly volume with a chart for this financial year.”
“Show all pending jobs in CFS, customs clearance, freight forwarding and transportation.”
“How much money have we spent for job no. 12345?”
“Which contracts have production stages pending for more than 10 days?”
AI Product 03

Ask AI

One assistant button that can be dropped into any transaction form. It reads the record on screen, explains what it is, who touched it, why it is stuck and what to do next — in plain English.

Ask AI is configuration-driven. Onboarding a new screen means adding rows to a configuration table that define which queries apply to that form — no code change to the service, and no new deployment. Key values are always passed as parameters, and the AI credentials never leave the server.

  • Drop-in button on any form — three lines of markup per screen
  • Config-table onboarding — add a new form by adding rows, not by changing code
  • Multiple query sets per form — header, lines, audit trail, error log
  • Parameterised queries only, so the key value can never be injected
  • Server-side credentials — the AI API key is never exposed to the browser
  • Read-only by design — the feature only ever reads data, never writes it

How it behaves

  1. Reads the recordPicks up the key value from the form — a text field or a selected grid row.
  2. Runs the configured queriesThe shared service looks up which SQL applies to that form and executes it with the key as a parameter.
  3. Interprets the resultThe combined data is sent to the selected AI model along with the form context.
  4. Explains it in the popupWhat the record is, who created or changed it, the likely root cause and the suggested next step.

Questions users actually ask

Where is my container? Why is this job pending? What documents are required?Who changed this record? What is the status of my shipment?Show my pending containers.
Packages

Standard Format  |  Customized Format  |  API Integration

Every AI product is available in three delivery packages. Start standard, move to customised as your formats settle, or take the API and build it into your own application.

Standard Format

Our ready-to-use document formats, report layouts and prompts. Fastest route to a working system.

  • Pre-built document templates and output formats
  • Standard report layouts — summary, table, chart, PDF, Excel
  • Standard prompt library per product
  • Web-based upload, review and export screens
  • Processing history and audit trail

API Integration

The AI capability delivered as secured endpoints for your existing application or third-party system.

  • Secured REST endpoints for extraction, reporting and Q&A
  • Structured JSON request and response contracts
  • Authentication, rate limiting and usage logging
  • Webhook or callback delivery for long-running jobs
  • Integration support during your development cycle
  • Technical documentation and sample payloads

Packages can be combined — for example a customised extraction format exposed through the integration API.

How it works

From document to decision

The same pipeline underpins all three products — only the inputs and outputs change.

  1. IngestFiles arrive through a secure web form, a watched folder or an API call.
  2. Read & classifyThe AI identifies the document type and the requirement data inside it.
  3. Retrieve referencesRelevant catalogue pages, standards and historical records are located using a retrieval index with page-level references.
  4. Compare & validateRequirements are compared against the reference information and any mismatch or deviation is identified.
  5. GenerateStructured JSON is produced first, then the final output — a posted record, a standard Excel sheet, a report or a plain-English answer.
  6. Review & exportA human reviews and corrects where required, then the final export and audit record are written.
Governance

AI you can put in front of an auditor

Human in the loop

AI output is presented as assistance and remains subject to review and approval by your authorised personnel. Nothing is committed unreviewed.

Traceable to the source

Every extraction and retrieval keeps a page-level source reference, and every run keeps a processing history you can inspect later.

Controlled data exposure

Queries and column lists are reviewed per form before a screen is enabled, so only the data a workflow needs is ever sent to a model.
